As part of our Digital Bytesize course, this Digital Marketing pathway will provide you with an introduction to a career working in digital marketing, with a particular focus on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), social media, email marketing, web design and digital technologies.
During this accredited online course, you’ll gain relevant and valuable digital marketing skills, as well as three accredited Level 2 qualifications to boost your employability.
We’ll also support you into relevant progression routes such as apprenticeships, bootcamps and employment after you’ve completed the course.
The course will be delivered in a virtual classroom, so you will need access to a laptop/computer with an internet connection to complete the course.

In this unit, you will explore how email campaigns can help businesses reach and engage their audience and plan an email campaign. This will include the steps taken when planning and designing an email campaign, and understanding the role of data protection regulations when implementing email campaigns.
In this unit, you will explore and understand the principles and benefits of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for businesses.
You will explore the role of review in digital marketing in this unit, and how to review the effectiveness of digital marketing, including how to use outcomes of digital marketing effectiveness reviews.
This unit will focus on the basic principles of designing and developing a working website. You’ll be introduced to essential programming and coding techniques to successfully build your own website.
In this unit, you will learn how to use a range of digital technologies for different purposes, and understand how to register for digital services such as online shopping and banking, and manage online accounts safely and securely.
This unit will help you understand how to identify the right opportunity for your career and how that will contribute to your long-term goals. It will encourage you to make informed choices about the right type of opportunities for you.
