Getting local people back into work - Birmingham Careers Fair

Last month, we held a Careers Fair at our office in Birmingham, with local unemployed residents invited to meet with numerous employers to discover the opportunities available across the West Midlands.

The morning also provided a great opportunity for our employment partners to meet with job-ready candidates and promote their business, with pre-employment training provided by Back2Work Complete Training in most instances to support them in their recruitment efforts.

We caught up with several of these employers to discuss their experience at the Careers Fair on the day, who also described how we work together to upskill people and help them move into sustainable employment.
