Our Higher Level Skills courses are designed to introduce you to new skills and practices to level up your career.

We have courses available in areas such as Cybersecurity, Management, Special Educational Needs and Social Media, to enhance your employability and improve your CV with an industry-accredited Level 3 qualification.

Each course is delivered in a virtual classroom online, so you will need access to a laptop/computer with an internet connection to complete your chosen course.

CMI Level 3 Certificate: Principles of Management

Designed to introduce you to the key principles of management and leadership to prepare you for managerial roles, with units including communication, managing a team, responding to conflict, health and safety in the workplace and managing your own professional development.

Level 3 Diploma: Networking & Cybersecurity

This course is designed to help you develop your skills and knowledge on cybersecurity to help you prepare for roles in network security and digital design, with units including access control, data communications, network management and the threats and vulnerabilities to be aware of when it comes to cybersecurity.

Level 3 Certificate: Social Media for E-Commerce

This course is designed to give you the skills and knowledge in order to set up your own online business and sell products using social media marketing techniques. Units include digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing and digital marketing metrics and analytics, with project management software also introduced.

Level 3 Certificate: Principles of Special Educational Needs

Designed to improve your understanding of the principles of Special Educational Needs (SEN) to prepare you for roles supporting children with SEN. Ideal for those seeking a career in childcare, education or family support, the course includes units on speech, language and communication needs and professional practice in SEN services.

Level 3 Certificate: Data

This course is designed to introduce you to a career working as a Data Technician, where you’ll learn how to source, process, analyse and store data using different datasets and software. As part of this course, you’ll complete several units that cover a wide range of skills needed for roles working with data.
